Shipping policy

Hello! Here are the KMS Lettering FAQ's and Policies. By purchasing, you agree to all of the following, no exceptions.

Shipping:

Tracking:

All orders are sent via USPS with tracking. Sticker orders may not have tracking.

Lost Packages:

KMS Lettering is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. No refunds or replacements will be sent.

Shipping Upgrades/ Rush Orders:

Please email me at kmslettering@gmail.com for shipping upgrades/ rush orders. Additional fees/ shipping fees may occur.

Do you ship International?

Yes! Shipping will be higher for international customers.

How long will it take to get my order?/Shipping timeframe:

My current processing time is 3-5 business days. However, for apparel the processing time is 1-2 weeks. Processing time for preorders vary on the product, please check the item description before purchasing.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Please email me if an item arrives damaged. Depending on the damage and the product, I might be able to replace the item. This is not a guarantee. You must have an open order for a replacement to be sent. But once again, please email me ASAP and I will do my best to fix the problem!
