Shipping:

Tracking:

All orders are sent via USPS with tracking. Sticker orders may not have tracking.

Lost Packages:

Katelyn Marie Lettering is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. No refunds or replacements will be sent.

Shipping Upgrades/ Rush Orders:

Please email me at katelynmarielettering@gmail.com for shipping upgrades/ rush orders. Additional fees/ shipping fees may occur.

Do you ship International?

Yes! Katelyn Marie Lettering ships worldwide.

How long will it take to get my order?/Shipping timeframe:

My current processing time is 3-5 business days. Custom orders and preorder items may have longer processing times, please check the listing descriptions for an accurate timeframe.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Please email me if an item arrives damaged. Depending on the damage, a refund or replacement may be issued.
